• Bachelor Degree in Management, Public Relation, Hospitality or Property Management. – the exact

degree does not matter, just let us know how this applies, or not. The selection will be weighted on

character and experience.

• Minimum of 3 years professional experience – Ideally this will be in a similar environment, at a minimum

we expect applicants to have experience in commercial leasing for community building, business

operations, real estate and sales and Marketing management.

• Proven proficiency in spoken and written English and Khmer. (Strong verbal and written communication

skills) Chinese is a plus.

• Fearlessness – This is a unique project and we need someone not afraid to fail a few times before we get

things right; we are looking at candidates who are not afraid to propose bold ideas, but humble enough to

learn from them when they fail. Able to make decisions and act.

• Information and Technology skill: Good knowledge in Microsoft Offices and high proficiency with MS excel;

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. (able to work under pressure)

• Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, empathy,

innovative and can-do attitude;

• Passion, able to work independently and as a team member
