Salary

$3000–$5000 (Performance bonus included; room and board provided)

Responsibilities

Lead clinical protocol design and implementation for cell therapy programs, ensuring compliance with global medical standards

Conduct patient evaluation, therapeutic plan development, and outcome monitoring for precision medicine

Establish clinical quality control systems and provide professional training for medical teams

Job Requirements:

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Clinical Medicine with a valid medical license (Cambodia/China)

10+ years of clinical experience in hospitals, preferably with a referral hospital background

Experience in hematology, oncology, or immunology preferred

Familiar with cell therapy, clinical pathways, and adverse reaction management

Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong communication skills

Knowledge of ISO/WHO-GMP standards, clinical trial management experience preferred
